These firsts are tough friends.
Today is Connor's 5th birthday.
Clayton and I fought for so many years for our miracle baby.
Celebrating him is pure joy but today it was also filled with some tears.
Today i was tested in the belief and mission i have in celebration.
Today was one of my hardest days so far.
But i can tell you this, I believe more than ever that celebration is powerful.
It can change you in ways you never thought possible.
Don't wait for a birthday to celebrate.
Find those tiny reasons daily and your muscle for joy will grow.
